Copy of Dr Small's Protocol for "Stress Relief"

One of our practitioners in a distant country has a brain tumor. She is looking for a copy of Dr. Steven Small's protocol on cancer, known as his "stress relief protocol". Does anyone have that protocol to share? You can imagine how much it would be appreciated. (This is a very experienced practitioner but she is worried she may have "missed something" and has heard how much success Dr. S had with cancer using this protocol) Thank you.
